This website is operated by The Divergent Grove Therapy LLC, a licensed mental health provider located on Wahpekute land (colonized as Minnesota). I provide therapy and assessment services, including via telehealth, to therapy and assessment participants residing in Minnesota. This Privacy Policy outlines how information is collected and used through this website and associated services.

This website itself does not collect health-related information directly. Visitors may choose to contact us via links that lead to secure external tools, including our client portal or HIPAA-compliant forms hosted by Google Workspace and SimplePractice.

Please note that this website is hosted on the Wix platform. Like most website hosts, Wix may automatically collect certain technical information about your visit, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and general location (e.g., city or region).

All telehealth sessions are conducted through SimplePractice’s secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. Participants are encouraged to ensure they are in a private, secure location during sessions.
